The passive building cooperation agreement was signed with DENA (the German Energy Agency) to build the project of Hanyu Haifeng--Helderberg, the largest passive ultra-low energy green building demonstration area in China.The five major life care systems and the 18 major science and technology systems create a home with constant temperature, humidity, oxygen,quiet and ultra-low energy consumption, which starts an era of healthy life.
